Product Description
Corn flour as raw material, eliminating the process of making corn starch, through pre-gelatinization, liquefaction injection, liquefaction maintenance, carbohydrates with a reducing sugar content (in terms of glucose) of 20 or more, produced by enzymatic hydrolysis, followed by filtration, saccharification, decolorization, and ion exchange, evaporation to the finished product.
Syrup products can be generally divided into 3 categories
1. glucose syrup
DE range 35~50, it is a kind of starch syrup produced by the action of enzyme or acid with starch as raw material.
Composition: The main ingredients are glucose, maltose, maltotriose, maltotetrasaccharide and tetrasaccharide or more. Also known as liquid glucose , Also known as dextran. A monosaccharide, containing an aldehyde group.
2. maltose syrup.
It is made of high quality starch, liquefied, saccharified, decolorized and filtered, refined and concentrated, with maltose as the main component product.
3. low DE syrup
Syrup with less decomposition than normal syrup, the main ingredient is dextrin.
