Product Description
SUNSSE integrates the starch liquefaction system and evaporation concentration system, coupling the two as a whole, on the premise of improving the quality of starch liquefaction, evaporation fully utilizes the secondary steam generated by the system, and low temperature concentration technology ensures the quality of materials and saves steam consumption.
Main features
1. Save steam consumption: annual output of 150,000 tons of crystal glucose monohydrate saves 9.0t/hour of steam, annual economic benefit: 11.66 million RMB (based on 300 days of work per year, 24 hours per day, steam price 180 RMB/t).
2,Improve the liquefaction effect: the application of flash steam improves the liquefaction effect (high pressure difference improves the pasteurization effect) and the Dx value of the final saccharification liquid .
3,Improve the concentration of saccharification liquid: in the premise of liquefaction concentration unchanged, due to the cooling (especially by flash evaporation), the concentration of saccharification liquid is increased (the concentration of saccharification liquid is increased on the premise of improving the pasteurization effect), reducing the corresponding concentration cost and the investment of evaporator.
