SUNSSE Advanced Production Line of High Fructose Corn Syrup/Hfcs F42 F55
Production Description
Fructose syrup is a starch sugar crystal made by hydrolysis and isomerization of starch, which is an important sweetener. Fructoglucose syrup is mainly composed of glucose and fructose. According to the fructose content, fructose glucose syrup is divided into three categories: the first generation fructose glucose syrup (F42 type) contains 42% fructose; the second generation fructose glucose syrup (F55 type) contains 55% fructose; the third generation fructose glucose syrup (F90 type) contains 90% fructose. Fructose and glucose syrup is a product that can completely replace sucrose and can be widely used in food and beverage industry as sucrose.
Fructose Advantages
