Product Description
The starch continuous liquefaction jet cooker is the key equipment for enzymatic starch syrup liquefaction. The application of dual enzymatic starch to sugar production results in uniform liquefaction, high glycation DE value, fast filtration of sugar liquid and light color. The injector is suitable for medium and high temperature enzyme preparation, as well as the direct process of different raw materials such as sweet potatoes, corn, rice, etc. It can also be used for the production of sugar from starch.

1. Good liquefying effect
The high-pressure steam jet cooker can form high intensity micro-turbulence during the liquefaction process, which results in good starch dispersion, no insoluble starch particles, and good protein coagulation. Through jet liquefaction, the proteins are obviously gathered together and float on the liquid surface, and the speed of sugar filtration is greatly accelerated. It eliminates the deficiency of dextrin at the end of saccharification caused by uneven heating of material-liquid in interstitial liquefaction.
2. Continuous jet liquefaction, no blockage
The high-pressure steam jet liquefier completely eliminates clogging from its structural principle. Even when there is whole rice or starch ≥30Be in the slurry, there is no clogging. The ejectors produced by our factory do not need to be disassembled and cleaned within 1 to 3 years of use. This eliminates the frequent clogging of the jet liquefier in the past due to the aperture of the nozzle, especially when used for superheated steam injection, which prevented continuous production.
3. Suitable for low pressure and superheated steam injection liquefaction
The jet liquefier uses steam as the driving force, which is not only suitable for low-pressure steam but also for superheated steam jet liquefaction. When injecting liquefaction below 105ºC, the steam pressure of 0.2Mpa can meet the liquefaction demand, the steam and liquid are mixed evenly, which can save more than 15% of steam compared with the traditional liquefaction method.
