Product Description
Plate heat exchanger is an efficient heat exchanger made of a series of metal sheets with a certain corrugated shape that are stacked together. Thin rectangular channels are formed between the various plates, through which heat is exchanged. The plate heat exchanger is an ideal device for liquid-liquid and liquid-vapor heat exchange. It is characterized by high heat transfer efficiency, small heat loss, compact and lightweight structure, small footprint, wide application and long service life. Under the same pressure loss, its heat transfer coefficient is 3-5 times higher than that of tube-type heat exchanger, covers one-third of the area of tube-type heat exchanger, and the heat recovery rate can be as high as 90%.
