Fall film evaporation is the material liquid from the fall film evaporator heating room on the tube box to join, through the liquid distribution and film device, evenly distributed to the heat transfer tube, under the action of gravity and vacuum induction and airflow, into a uniform film flow from top to bottom. During the flowing process, the heating medium is heated and vaporized by the shell process, and the resulting steam and liquid phase enter the separation chamber of the evaporator together.After sufficient separation of vapor and liquid, the secondary steam enters the next evaporator as a heating medium, thus realizing multi-effect operation, and the liquid phase is discharged from the separation chamber.
