Product Description
The basic equipment for continuous sterilization generally includes:
Dosing preheating tank: which exchanges the prepared material with the recovered residual heat and preheats it to a certain temperature to reduce the steam consumption for sterilization;
Jet Cooker: the role of the Jet Cooker is mainly to make high-temperature steam and the material quickly contact and mix, and make the temperature of the material quickly rise to the sterilization temperature (126-132) ºC;
The role of the maintenance tank is to keep the liquid at the sterilization temperature for several minutes to achieve the purpose of sterilization;
After cooling to 40-50ºC, the material is transported to the pre-sterilized fermenter for primary fermentation or as supplementary material for secondary and tertiary fermentation.
