Piping Tapy
It consists of a core tube (Rafale nozzle) and an outer shell, with many slanted holes in the wall of the core tube, a relatively small part of the inlet end of the core tube as the throat, a mixed heating zone in the middle part of the core tube, and a steam zone between the core tube and the outer shell. During the piping process, cold water (material) is sprayed into the heating zone from the throat at a high speed, while steam is sprayed into the heating zone from the slanting hole of the core tube at a high speed, and the steam and water are mixed and exchanged for heat to achieve the purpose of full mixing and heating.
Immmersion type
Immersion mixer, consisting of a housing and a core with large and small holes above and below the housing and small slanted holes around the core. Between the shell and the core body is an efficient mixing heating zone. When working, steam is sprayed into the heating zone of the mixer at high speed from the small slanting holes of the core body, promoting the rotation of water in the heating zone at high speed and completing the steam mixture heat exchange at the same time.
